consistently throughout this recording. It is important to note the title of the CD. Think about it, this man is speaking about working on your inner self, the building blocks
of spirituality. It became apparent to me that he is divinely inspired; it is in his playing and lyrics. Nobody plays guitar and sings like this without remarkable force of will
and positive energy behind it all. Lance has some amazing backing musicians as well, featuring the rhythm section of David Dauberman (bass) and Tony Le Rhodes (drums and percussion).

A live blues album compilation, from the L.R.D. Band in Seoul. The recordings took place evey Monday night, and over a year long period. A few jem like and jam like
performances cameout of it. With Vocals from Megan Kim, Ernest Daily, and Lance Reegan-Diehl. Along with the bass talent of David Dauberman, and drums by Tony LeRhodes.
While most of that band lineup has moved on retired, or returned to home country. This recording remains a picture in time, and their footprints left in LRD history.

At a time in Korean music scene history, and in Kpop, as well as the local rock bands that inhabited the streets. L.R.D. Band remained a must see attraction at
it's post in central Seoul. All the while working in several studios, events and shows for the USAG, USO and many hotels event halls, what have you. One guitar playing fan remarked along the way:
"Lance Reegan-Diehl, doing impossible things on the guitar that no one else does. A freak of guitar." Well, the album title was born that night, and the sticker on that hand built body of a Franken-Strat
stop tail was made into the album cover. LRD still has that guitar, and still does impossible things on it. So, why don't you 'Freak out' and get the record to hear it?
